Who is this program for?
Women undergraduates in STEM fields

What if I don’t think I have what it takes to be a leader?
You should DEFINITELY apply! This program will teach you how to be an effective leader and will give you the confidence to take on future leadership roles.

What if I have had leadership roles in the past?
You should apply! This program will help you be a more effective leader and provide you with a valuable local science leadership network.

What is the time commitment?
Approximately 1 hour a week from late January to early April, plus attendance and a research presentation at a final event in late April.

When will selected participants be notified?
Selected participants will be notified in early December
