Through our workshop series, our aim is to make the reasons for the gap and the solutions to address the gap concrete. We also aim to stress that there are many causal factors of the gap that can be controlled. Each workshop will begin with data on some aspect of the gender gap and reasons that the problem exists. Then through various activities, we will work to improve participant self-confidence and allow them to practice skills that will directly translate to job hunting or to the workplace.
